Church Picnic
Seventy five of our Faith family again gathered at the Hutchinson's for the 2008 annual picnic for fun, games, food, and fellowship. Swimming, croquet matches, horseshoes, badminton, and volleyball surrounded the wonderful meal highlighted by chef Richard Phillips' "juiced" hamburgers. A "rain dance" before the picnic time resulted in a small shower which was enough to satisfy the "rain gods" who had predicted the Sunday showers for the afternoon. The Guynn's also installed a tarp over the food table which thwarted the "rain gods" from any more precipitation. The food providers satisfied all other culinary needs.
